George Scott Bunker

 George Bunker is a seasoned business leader with more than 30 years in the energy and water sectors, where he has built safety and management systems that drive performance and protect people. As a philanthropist and community builder, he co-created Empower Freedom, helped launch Energy Strong, co-founded the Texas BBQ Bash, and founded the Central Texas Barbeque Roundup (CTBR), a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to serving Central Texas communities. In its inaugural year, CTBR brought together more than 11,000 participants, reflecting the strength of community and shared purpose behind the event. Rooted in faith, family, and purpose, George and his wife Tracie have shared a lifetime of love and service, believing that true success comes from giving more than you take.
